**About the role**

Due to unprecedented growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Sales Manager for a newly created role in our wholesale division.

This position is Monday to Friday; reporting directly to our Parts Director. The position is autonomous; with an average week involving several days in the office along with several days on the road.

You will be responsible for identifying, maintaining and developing new business across the Greater Sydney and South Coast regions; whilst managing our wholesale requirements.

**Duties include but not limited to**:

- Responsible for managing on road representatives and overseeing the wholesale phone room
- Identifying areas of growth and increasing the trade business
- Maintaining relationships with key Clients
- Reporting of panel metrics on a monthly basis
- Marketing activities to our panel clients, event and promotions
- You will manage a small team consisting of a sales representative and parts interpreters

**About you**:

- Minimum 5 years sales experience in the automotive parts industry or similar field.
- A proven track record of success in sales preferably automotive; with proven ability of growing a business
- Ability to sell over the phone and in person
- Must have knowledge of the industry
- Proven ability to meet budgets & KPI’s
- Mechanical/technical background and a genuine interest and passion for all things related to cars are a must

**Experience**:

- Parts sales: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NSW Driver's License (preferred)
