**The opportunity**

Our Area Sales Manager play a crucial role in the success of our Branch Network. Your key accountability will be the management of an existing portfolio of customers including SME Builders and Network Plumbers to maintain their business and increase spend whilst also hunting for the next big customer.

This is an autonomous role that will see you meet customers on-site, partner with managers within our branch network and develop and execute business plans in collaboration with your Regional Manager. We provide our Area Sales Managers with great support and career opportunities across both our sales and leadership functions.

**What you will bring**

We are looking to speak with hungry, ambitious and highly motivated individuals who have a background in either a sales or customer service role or even as a tradesperson looking for a long-term sales career.

We will provide you with exceptional training and ongoing mentoring and support to ensure your success. You are highly organised, have strong attention to detail and above all - be a curious thinker who thrives in a busy and people orientated environment. Although not essential, experience within the building supplies industry will be highly regarded.
