The purpose of the Client Services Associate is to manage and deliver the day-to-day administration of unlisted unit trusts/funds.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Respond to Investor and Adviser queries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Sign-off and production of daily reporting for clients.
- Work with the CSMs to develop checklists that are fund specific that will assist the Investor Service Officers in administering the funds.
- Management of ad-hoc client requests with the CSM and Operations Manager
