TCorp’s Client Relationships division develops and maintains broad and robust relationships with our clients and key government sector stakeholders, working across TCorp to drive quality outcomes, continuous improvement, market share and growth.

Reporting to the Head of General Government, this role is a primary contact point for clients, and is responsible for:

- delivery of a professional client experience, providing value and quality outcomes to clients and the State
- proactive client servicing that explores and meets clients’ needs and is aligned to TCorp’s strategic objectives
- leading the Client Relationships technology imperatives in partnership with the IT Division, and maximising the use of Microsoft databases
- leading the ongoing enhancement of reporting, communications, presentations, and use of the CRM portal, to be fit for purpose and in accordance with clients’ needs

Key capabilities required for the position include a strong client service orientation, stakeholder management and influencing skills; problem solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail and process; strong planning and organisational skills, written and verbal communication and the ability to develop reports from the database. An understanding of the banking and financial services industry, including compliance requirements and regulation changes is needed, plus a strong understanding of investment, lending and financial risk products.
