**About You**
The Client Services Manager has responsibility for ensuring the client relationship with Prosperity is reinforced at every opportunity. Through a range of administration support activities, this role ensures the requirements of the client and advisers are met and the work carried out is of a high standard.
**Responsibilities will include but not limited to -**
- Prepare documentation for client meetings and manage post-meeting follow-up
- Manage client communications, scheduling, and general service coordination
- Build strong, ongoing relationships with both clients and internal advisers
- Maintaining client database to ensure the information is accurate and complete
- Manage clients queries as they arise
- Requesting, collating, and reviewing information from existing and new clients
- Developing and maintaining any internal process documents and worksheets to streamline business processes and to improve client management
- Completing and forwarding all necessary documentation to other internal departments as relevant, within the agreed service standards
- General administration to support team members
**Skills/Qualifications required**
- At least 2 years of experience in financial planning is preferred
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Knowledge of advice implementation and compliance processes
- Sound understanding of advice implementation and processes
- Exceptional organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and can operate well within a team
