**The Role**

We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Admin Assistant to join our client's busy head office team in Toongabbie and assist with all Social Media platforms and blogs.

Ideally you will have some prior work experience in media, digital or creative work, creative smarts, and you're looking to develop a huge range of skills while working to support sales, marketing and other teams.

If you're organised, full of ideas and great with people, this could be the perfect role for you

**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated content creation experience, including written communication, social media posting on behalf of organisation, presentations and blogs.
- Very strong writing skills across a range of different tasks, from blogs to competition entries (with a proven track record).
- Strong organisational skills.
- Basic graphic design skills.
- Ideally some experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Assisting in the conception, creation, management and reporting of digital campaigns.
- Helping to plan and attend some networking events.

**Key Attributes**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role, utilizing Excel (Pivot tables & formula's required)
- Exemplary business communication and social media skills.
- Ability to multi task, prioritize and handle demands from the GM as required
- Professional, resilient and positive natured
- Strong attention-to-detail with a focus on delivering quality while meeting deadlines
