**About the job**
While your main role will be focused on our agency clients, you will also have the opportunity to work across the wider business and help influence the growth of the group as a whole.
- 1-2 years' experience in a hands-on social media role
- A bachelor's in marketing, communications and/or social media
- Advanced knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and Snapchat
- Experience in executing paid social campaigns across social media channels such as Facebook
- Experience with content calendar management, scheduling and copywriting
- Excellent attention to detail
- Analytical with an eye for insights
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Google Analytics and data interpretation
- Experience working with retail clients (nice to have)
- Applicants must be permitted to work permanently in Australia with no restriction on hours (e.g. citizen, permanent resident)

**Here are some of the things you will be doing**:

- Management of social media content calendar, copywriting and scheduling across multiple platforms with accuracy
- Execution and optimisation of paid social media activity across Facebook Ads Manager, Pinterest and TikTok
- Collaborate and delegate workload with junior team members and ensure deadlines and task delivery is met with exceptional standards
- Reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis across paid and organic social clients
- Actively stay up to date with new social media content trends and platform updates
- Actively manage client expectations and ensure attention to detail is met across all output
- Working closely with the Account Manager on project work, such as audits and strategies
