Due to company growth, we are currently seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join based at our Head Office based in the Perth CBD.

**THE ROLE**

The compliance coordinator position is a role unique to Linkforce. As part of an existing team, the Compliance Coordinator is responsible ensuring that our current workforce hold the relevant are compliant to company, trade, industry, client/site requirements. Working as part of an existing team, the role will include:

- Ensuring white and blue collar employees are compliant before mobilisation to site, in accordance with client and Linkforce company policies, by booking relevant training courses and medical appointments
- Processing and undertake routine tasks to effectively ensure employee compliance for the client, including, but not limited to, actioning training request forms, processing compliance purchase orders
- Providing support to all employees experiencing difficulties with the clients online training induction by troubleshooting issues and providing solutions
- Reviewing employee qualifications, licences, training records and documents are correct, current, and stored in accordance with Linkforce company policies
- Developing and maintaining training matrixes for all employee training needs and performing training gap analysis

**ABOUT YOU**
- Demonstrated experience within the mining industry or knowledge and understanding of compliance processes and principles within the mining industry - advantageous
- Substantial experience within a customer service role, with proven achievement of high-quality results in a demanding environment
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) with the ability to familiarise quickly to new systems/programs
- Demonstrated ability to maintain quality and attention to detail when working to deadlines in a fast paced and changing environment
