**Your Responsibilities**

We are looking for a leader that has the ability to use their values and skills to continue to build on our positive culture, to enhance and expand our relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL’s) and other health professionals.

The State Sales Manager CRM/EP is directly responsible for sales and revenue growth in their state. This is established by regular sales coaching of People Managers and Sales and Clinical Team Members.

The capabilities required in this role include strategic and long-term planning to manage a complex and dynamic business through to coordination of clinical and sales activity.

The State Sales Manager will be directly involved in:

- The setting of sales territories,
- Budgets,
- Team Member development / training
- Employee performance.
- Identifying opportunities through utilizing detailed sales data
- Monitor sales results.

**Desirable Qualifications and Experience?**
- BS/BA degree in Engineering, Life-science, Marketing, Business Administration, Nursing or Biology or another relevant degree.
- Strong knowledge of Australian Healthcare market, especially in NSW/ACT.
- Thorough knowledge of the decision making process with customers, including clinicians, economic buyers, procurement, reimbursement).
- Proven success in People Management, Coaching for Success, Data Analysis, Strategy Formulation and Execution, Business and Revenue KPI Achievement.
