**The Role**
This role is a crucial, strategic member of the Phriendly Phishing Sales team and is responsible for accelerating the growth of Phriendly Phishing across ANZ and internationally through creating a large, productive, high-quality network of third-party sales channels.

Key Responsibilities for the role (but not limited to) will be to develop, drive and own the Channel/ Partnership go-to market strategy for ANZ and internationally - from conception to delivery and long-term growth. You will build and maintain strong working relationships with key contacts and partners and manage the full life cycle of building the partner network.

Other key areas the role will focus on:

- Identify, approach, build a trusted partnership with, and build a large, productive, high-quality network of third-party sales channels. This could be managed service providers (MSP),system integrators (SI), value added resellers, Cyber Consultants and more.
- Review existing PH2 third-party providers and build a plan to develop, retire or pivot any existing relationships
- Grow partner sales via marketing, shared events, webinars, cross promotion, C-suite level presentations and more
- Identify possible distribution or resell relationships across the UK and USA
- Negotiate commercial agreements with partners including revenue splits, margins etc
- Meet individual targets and contribute to meeting PH2 financial objectives through the growth of revenue streams and improvement in gross margin and profitability

**About You**
You’re driven and achievement-oriented, bringing a collaborative mindset, you speak up and welcome all input, are customer obsessed and a self-starter, you go above and beyond to deliver extraordinary results and experiences for customers.

You also possess a minimum of 6 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in a similar industry as ours, preferably with experience with design and implementation of partnership and channel management strategy, particularly third-party channels.

Additionally, you will also have:

- Experience working as part of a successful and high performing national sales team
- High-level stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with an ability to build credibility both internally and externally at all levels
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to work to achieve win-win outcomes
- The ability to self-motivate and work autonomously to meet or exceed targets
