Take a look here what it's like to work at Tyro **About the role** Your purpose as a Channel Partnerships Operations Manager is to work with our channel team and partners to enhance the operations and support requirements for the channel partners. Leveraging operations experience to refine and improve existing processes and SOPS, you will own and drive strategic projects within the channel. No two days will be the same, you will closely collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to assist in driving mutually beneficial commercial outcomes. **What you'll do**: - Review cycles of process to find efficiencies - Act a key stakeholder to project lead on projects within the Channel Partnerships team. - Collaborate with the Channel Partnership team and Ironclad Administrator to ensure timely completion of new agreements - Collaborate with Partners and Tyro's cross functional team in driving speed of integrations - Act as key stakeholder in business case development and data analysis - Manage Partner operational enquiries - Manage Partner reporting requirements - Manage channel events and administer Joint Marketing Fund usage - Uphold and contribute to Tyro’s strong risk culture by complying with our policies, completing mandatory training and identifying and managing risks within your day-to-day work **What you'll bring**: - Minimum of 5 years work experience preferred within a Sales Operations or other Operational role - Understanding of intermediary sales processes preferred - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to understand and explain complex processes in a simplified way - Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM/sales systems. - Proficient using Excel (VLOOKUP/INDEX MATCH, Pivot Tables, SUMIF) and Powerpoint - Organized, self-motivated and adaptable, with a professional attitude - Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced team environment - Comfortable working with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams **Perks & Benefits** - We offer some amazing employee benefits such as a flexible working environment with a mix of in-office and remote working, learning & development opportunities for professional and personal development, 16 weeks paid primary carers leave, 12 weeks paid secondary carers leave, annual team based volunteer day, novated leasing, social events which includes multiple craft beer kegs (selection of beers carefully selected by our beer connoisseurs), wide selection of wine, variety of snacks and a ping pong table, selection of board and video games and many more **Our Story** - Launching in 2003, Tyro has grown to become Australia’s largest EFTPOS provider of all ADIs outside the big four banks.
