SCC are looking to streamline the support offered to our home care field staff with the inclusion of a new role. The Field Support Manager, reporting directly to the Operations Manager Home Care will have oversight and accountability for all Home Care employees across the business.

**The Role**

Working with the Operations Manager and Regional Managers to achieve the delivery of high-quality care services to clients. This is a leadership role with significant responsibility for staff recruitment, management, direction and compliance. It will create efficiencies across the home care business by being a single point of contact.

The Field Support Manager - Home Care, is responsible and accountable for the leadership, management, care and compliance of all home care employees in allocated region/s. You will assist to achieve the strategy for effective and sustainable home care services and mechanisms for successful implementation of key targets and responsibilities including growth of the home care business within region/s.

You will be required to work closely with the Operations Manager and COO. The Field Staff Manager will provide leadership, vision and management of home Care employees across all regions, work with the Regional Managers and support and contribute to the delivery of corporate objectives and embed the Aged Care Quality Standards.

The position is accountable and responsible in ensuring compliance with SCC Policies and procedures, relevant standards, relevant legislation, Aged Care Quality Standards and accepted industry practices.

This is a permanent position based in our Home Care office in Merrylands - Monday - Friday.
- Experience in staff management minimum 2 years
- Microsoft office Suite - Intermediate to Advanced
- Willingness to travel in NSW
- Understanding of aged care
- Management experience min 2 years
- Proven experience with building strong internal relationships
- Regular reporting to Operations Manager
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Clinical background or understanding of Home Care or Residential Care advantageous
