**ACRUX Search** are currently sourcing a** **Field Assistant** to support an experienced team of Geologists in a remote exploration and development environment, working a 2:1 FIFO Roster.

**Saturn Metals Limited** is a Western Australian gold exploration company who listed on the ASX in 2018. They own the highly prospective Apollo Hill Project comprising of over 1,000km2 in the heart of the Eastern Goldfields, with a 1,840,000oz gold resource that is in the development pathway to become a mining operation. The Company also has a Joint Venture Agreement on a 91km2 brownfields exploration project in the historic West Wyalong Gold Field in the well-endowed Lachlan Fold Belt in NSW.

The office is based in West Perth, and the core Apollo Hill Project is located approximately 50km SE of the gold mining and processing town of Leonora. West Wyalong is approximately 150km North of Wagga Wagga.

**Duties will include, but are not limited to**:

- Assist and report to Geologists in the field with;
- Reverse circulation, diamond and aircore drill programs
- Sample collection and accurate recording of sample data.
- Field/ drilling preparation.
- Pegging drill lines.
- Assisting with earthwork contractors.
- Data entry.
- Communicate effectively with drill crews.
- Participate in all daily toolbox, safety, and monthly meetings.
- Report all safety, hazards, and incidents to supervising geologists.
- Maintenance for which incumbent is qualified, includes generators, water pipes and vehicles where required.
- Assist with camp living arrangements, cooking, cleaning, food orders and safety audits around crew camp.

- Ability to meet assigned deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and practical skills.
- West Australian resident.

**Desirable**
- Previous experience in mining/ exploration.
- 4WD skills.
A passion for exploration.
