We are looking for an enthusiastic **Associate Financial Analyst **to join our Finance team in Sydney. The **Associate Financial Analyst **will assist the FP&A Manager to produce brand performance reporting and support the forecasting and budgeting process to effectively partner with our marketing team.

**As an Associate Financial Analyst, you will**:

- Assist with forecast updates and the reconciliation of spend
- Compile revenue and advertising & promotion inputs from the marketing team for budget and forecast processes
- Assist with regular brand performance reporting and variance tracking
- Assist in price modelling for new product launches
- Assist in the development of ROI, post promotion and brand profitability reporting and analysis
- Maintain pricing and costing information in product line plan
- Assist FP&A Manager with ad-hoc reporting.
- Ensure effectiveness of I/Controls and SOX requirements.

**You will bring to this role**:

- Tertiary qualified in finance, accounting, or commerce and pursuing a CPA qualification
- 2+ years’ experience in the production and analysis of commercial data and reports
- High proficiency in MS Excel including Power Pivot/Query & Power BI (required)
- Team player with high energy and a self-starter who displays a “can-do” pro-active style
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and attention to detail is critical
- Relevant work experience working within FMCG (desirable)
- Experience in using SAP and BI tools (desirable)
