The purpose of this role is to provide administration support to EML in order for us to proactively manage workers’ compensation claims. In this position, you will be working together with IB Specialists to quickly and accurately register new impairment claims, arrange and facilitate injured worker attendance at Impairment assessments, prepare documentation as well as following up information.

This will be a **permanent,** **full-time** position based in the** Melbourne** office, with flexibility to work from home once fully trained.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Providing the highest standard of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders in line with EML values
- Accurate and timely processing of impairment claim registration
- High volume of data entry related activities
- Utilising multiple systems at one time
- Management of incoming and outgoing medical documentation
- Management and resolution of general phone enquiries

**ABOUT YOU**
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to take direction and follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Knowledge of the relevant worker’s compensation legislation and regulations
- Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm with a 95% accuracy rate
- Previous experience in worker’s compensation systems would be advantageous
