**Our Client**:
Our Not For Profit client is looking for an experienced and personable Office Manager to work with their corporate team on a 3 month assignment. This role will be assisting senior management in maintaining efficient office standards and coordinating with the wider team to ensure the office is up to scratch.

As the Office Manager you will be responsible for the management of the Head Office, coordinating of resources, such as parking, office space, stationery and equipment and overseeing reception services. incorporated into the role is also the lease management, and rental property management.

Initially, this role will be 3 months long and you will be able to commit to the length of the assignment, ideally you will be able to commence asap with full training and handover provided so you are set for success within your assignment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the day-to-day functioning of Head Office, while being the face and direct contact with a customer focus and personable approach.
- Manage meeting rooms and work spaces and update seating plans as required.
- Liaise with facility management company in relation to all maintenance
- Issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Conduct first day inductions and orientations for the company.
- Manage and coordinate parking bays for staff and visitors, logbooks, keys and fuel cards.
- Assist with travel arrangements, leave requests
- Raise purchase orders for office supplies as required.
- Assist with events, catering and venue bookings as required.
- General office administration and project coordination including compiling and formatting reports
- Manage and coordinate expense reconciliation, invoicing and reimbursements.

**Your Background**:

- Prior experience working in office management/project coordinator roles.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Time management skills.
- Impeccable communications skills, written and verbal.
- Capacity to prioritise and delegate tasks.
- People person with the ability to make the office run smoothly.
