About Work and Study Online

headspace Work and Study Online supports young people aged 15-25 years to improve their quality of life and wellbeing through active participation in employment and / or study. The service is free, nation-wide, voluntary and combines work and study and mental health support.

About the role

The Work and Study Online Operations Manager will be a dynamic and experienced leader that will lead a Work and Study team of Coordinators, Specialists and Support Officers to deliver high-quality Work and Study Support to young people. This is a key role in refining operational processes, team management, and ensuring contract deliverables are met.

Who we're looking for

• A dynamic leader with significant team management experience
• Qualifications and/or extensive experience in a related education, career or employment service.
• Proven service implementation, planning, management of contract deliverable, reporting and risk management skills
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in delivering programs to vulnerable young people and a commitment to culturally safe practice

What's on offer

• Competitive base salary of $120,000 to $130, commensurate with experience), plus generous salary packaging benefits

• Flexible hybrid working model, with a blend of working from home and the office if you in a capital city or fully remote if from Regional Australia with occasional travel to Melbourne.

• Have the right to live and work in Australia
• Hold a current Working with Children Check (WWCC) or be able to obtain one. For this role you will be required to apply and obtain WWCCs from every State and Territory within Australia.
