**Essential Qualifications and Experience**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 12 months experience as a HR Administrator or Recruitment Resourcer.
- Experience using applicant tracking or talent management software such as PageUp, Seek Employer, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency.
- Strong aptitude for ATS systems configuration and implementation.
- High initiative and excellent time management skills.
- High level written and verbal communication skills, professional telephone manner.
- Accurate typing skills, high attention to detail.
- Valid Driver’s License and commitment to occasional travel including inter-state.
- Commitment to and alignment with BaptistCare’s purpose, vision, and values.
