**What you’ll do
- Technical leadership and Team management: You'll provide technical direction for the product and lead a multi-squad development team.
- Collaboration and stakeholder management: You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the solution delivers measurable value.
- Continuous improvement and innovation: You'll drive continuous improvement of the product, exploring new technologies and ways of working.Budget management and vendor relations: You'll manage the product budget and work with vendors to ensure optimal value and a future-proof solution.

**What you’ll bring
- Extensive IT product management experience: You should have a strong background in IT product management within a large organisation, ideally with over 10 years of combined IT and management experience.
- Proven leadership and team management: You must have a proven track record of successfully leading large, diverse teams, including experience managing onshore and offshore resources.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills are essential, along with experience in managing senior business stakeholders and challenging assumptions.
- Software Development Lifecycles expertise: You should have a solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC) including Agile methodologies.Desirable experience and skills: Experience in programme/project management and "Retail/Store Systems" is highly desirable, as are relevant professional accreditations.
