A renowned Consulting firm located in Melbourne CBD is seeking a full time, permanent Personal Assistant for to join their impressive team.
Your new role
This role will see you partner with two Directors who are client facing. Your duties will include, but not be limited to;
- Diary management ensuring a smooth flow of meetings daily
- Meeting coordination with senior stakeholders internal and external across different timezones
- Collation of client presentations utilising MS PowerPoint
- Dictation of meeting notes and creating summaries
- Database and document management
- Travel and entertainment booking management
- Expense management
- General administration
- Adhoc personal support to the Directors
What you'll need to succeed
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant who is interested in a diverse role with no board work. As you will be a Director you must be flexible and able to pivot to the changing needs. You demonstrate a positive can-do attitude and are a firm believer that no task is too big or small when it comes to supporting the Executive.You will be joining an impressive team of the best in the industry who work with exceptional clients globally.
As you will be interacting with clients you will be an excellent communicator, possess a professional demeanour and be able to build strong working relationships. Prior experience in a similar small to medium corporate environment supporting multiple Executives who are client facing is essential. Strong diary management skills across different time zones and intermediate to advanced MS PowerPoint skills is a must. Previous dictation skills is highly advantageous.
