Finance Business Partner with experience in Property required for a large government agency, 12 month contract

**Your new company**
A large infrastructure business who look after $billions worth of assets and work on projects ongoing throughout Sydney. Hybrid working environment and a growing team.

**Your new role**
As the Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for the management of key financial information for a significant Projects in commercial and property. This will include working efficiently and effectively with high level executives including non finance stakeholders and presenting information in concise and clear formats. You will manage the budgeting and forecasting process including monthly presentations and variance analysis. This role will also require you to provide strategic advice and identify any risks which arise and effectively mange them. Experience of project financial management is essential.

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will need to be a CA/ CPA qualified Accountant with experience of working in a project environment. ideally you will have worked in Commercial Property Company in the past and will be able to to start ASAP. This role will report to a Senior Finance Manager. Excellent communication skill are essential to communicate both internal and externally with non finance stakeholders

**What you'll get in return**
