Our client is a leading Real Estate organisation with significant presence across Australia and internationally. They hold offices in all key locations and have a diverse portfolio of operations. They are an entrepreneurial business that are constantly investing back into the business including their people.

**The Role**

This role is extremely critical to the organisation, in particular the NSW operations. The Finance Business Partner role is responsible for partnering with the different businesses and assisting them in driving commercial outcomes and decision making. You will be responsible for:

- Preparation of budgeting and forecasting
- Management and financial reporting including commentary
- Preparation of financial models
- KPI management
- Finance business partnering
- Analysis of financial results to assist in commercial decision making
- Assisting with systems and processes

**The Person**

To be successful in this role you will be CA/CPA qualified ideally with a background in management accounting, advisory, chartered or commercial analysis. You will be systems savy with strong excel skills including experience with financial modelling. You will have strong commercial skills with the ability to provide financial advice to key business units and stakeholders.
