The purpose of this role is to assist with the ownership of work across digital paid media and owned platform optimisation, requiring an advanced analytical skillset. This role will be part of a highly collaborative, highly talented team focused on best in class deliveries for their clients.

About the role
The Optimisation Executive is responsible for delivering paid media experiences across multiple channels (SEM/Display/Social/Video) as well as owned (website/app optimisation) through testing and personalisation. You will work directly as part of a close-knit team gathering and understanding a clients’ business through a discovery process, understanding their data and business goals and contributing to a strategy for a consumer journey across the paid and owned digital channels. The aim is to deliver the right message, to the right person, at the right time utilising Adobe Experience Cloud Technology - in particular, Ad Cloud, Target, Audience Manager and Analytics alongside other technology like Google and various social platforms.
You are supported by a wide variety of cross functional teams including data science, design and solution architects. This position is also backed by significant investment in our people, providing training and developing our team in strategic thinking, paid media delivery expertise, owned media strategy & execution as well as in team and client leadership.
Key responsibilities
This position includes, but is not limited to, all of the following aspects:
Paid Media
- Building and managing paid media campaigns across SEM, Display, Video and Social advertising
- Weekly performance reporting and budget management
- Cross-channel media planning and forecasting
- Optimising media campaigns to meet client goals and ensure forecasts are met
- Distilling large data sets of media results into actionable insights
Owned Media
- Developing testing and personalisation roadmaps and documentation - outlining hypotheses, success metrics and experiences for key client audiences
- Analysing and recommending when to conclude live campaigns or tests and provision of key learnings and next steps
- Quality Assurance testing
- Project managing rapid, small scale projects
- Reporting on business/customer goals, analytics and making recommendations for best practices
- Client leadership
- Owning weekly meetings on ongoing projects, deliverables and next steps
- Presenting results and strategic initiatives to clients
- Working with cross-functional teams across data, design, development and more Team leadership
- Work with senior team members to support internal growth goals and maintain best practice business processes
- Mentor junior team members, supporting their growth in technical and soft skills
Required Skills and Experience
- 3+ years paid media experience or onsite optimisation
- Stakeholder Management experience
- Strong analytical mindset
- Self-motivated and dedicated to client success
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, specifically in Excel
Desired Skills
- Experience with the Adobe Marketing Cloud Adobe Media Cloud Technology a bonus - in particular, Ad Cloud, Target, Audience Manager, and Analytics
- Search or Programmatic media technology
- Testing and Optimisation platform experience (Optimisely, Google Optimise, or similar)
- Paid Social delivery experience
