What You’ll Be Doing:
As a **Customer Service Representative**, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and referrers, delivering high-quality service with professionalism and care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls and providing compassionate and efficient support to patients.- Offering clear information regarding procedures, locations, and requirements.- Maintaining patient records and managing general administration tasks.- Supporting Medicare billing processes and internal systems.- Liaising with internal teams, referring doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
