CHC Helicopter is a leader in the provision of helicopter support to the offshore energy market, search & rescue, and government departments, as well as organizations requiring helicopter maintenance, repair, and overhaul services through its Heli-One division.
For more than 75 years, CHC Helicopter has provided safe, reliable, and cost-effective helicopter services in some of the most remote and challenging environments around the world. We are seeking a Travel Planner to join our team based in the Perth Corporate Office for a fixed term period (12 Months). Reporting to the Regional Operations Control Centre Manager, this a dynamic role responsible for planning and management of crew travel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate travel requirements between the traveler and the travel provider for CHC Australia Operations.
- Ensure that all bookings (air travel, hotel, and ground transport) adhere to the company travel policy.
- Ensure that travel arrangements are entered into the crew management system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of work rules and scheduling practices and ensure that crew members’ travel is booked accordingly.
- Engage with Schedulers to manage irregularities as applicable to positioning crew members.
- Adjust and coordinate as necessary to recover disruptions and irregular operations (missed flights, miss-connections, no-shows, etc.).
- Review and code travel invoices (air, car, and hotel) as required.
- Corporate travel support.
- Ability to work remotely and overtime including weekends as required.
- Proactive in completing additional duties when required.
- Business travel either interstate and/or overseas if required.

- Experienced in maintaining accurate, timely and comprehensive reports.

- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
- Motivated to drive change and process improvement initiatives.
- Flexible and adaptable approach within a dynamic business environment.
- Experience in diversity and inclusion.
- Knowledge of GDS beneficial but not essential.
