- Work shift times of either 6:30am-2:30pm, 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm across Monday-Sunday
- Casual role with flexibility

**THE POSITION**
- To strictly ensure that patient dietary requirements and restrictions are correctly captured.
- Be familiar with dietary restrictions and special, modified diets to ensure patient food preferences are met within the guidelines of diet or restrictions.
- To ensure all available meal choices are offered to each patient.
- Discuss special diet requirements with Chefs, Production Staff and Dietitians
- Conduct a final visual check of each special diet meal tray ticket at the end of the tray line
- To assist with the delivery process of special diet meals, ensuring all modified meals are delivered to the right patient

**THE PERSON**
- Good attention to detail, taking pride in your work
- Ability to communicate to a variety of different teams, including clinical staff and production staff
- Therapeutic diet knowledge is desirable
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and Influenza (or willing to be)
- Possess a National Police Clearance or a Working with Vulnerable People Check (or be willing to obtain one)
- Willing to undergo a serology clearance
