We are seeking an exceptional people leader for our Strategic Engagement team who service our stakeholders across Queensland. This exciting opportunity will undertake a 12-18 month pilot program to establish QLeave's presence regionally.
Using your superior leadership skills and experience, you will:

- attract, develop and lead a team including those based in regional areas
- develop, implement, and evaluate strategic engagement programs that support and deliver business objectives.
- provide strategic advice and reporting on the effective management of stakeholder issues and concerns
- establish systems, tools and protocol to track and coordinate reporting on strategic engagement activities across schemes.
- use data and insights to make recommendations on educational and engagement programs that will deliver outcomes.
- improve business efficiency by establishing and maintaining effective relationships with external stakeholders to promote open communications and facilitate the delivery of engagement initiatives.
- provide a range of engagement support and advisory services, including the development of a program of activities to build QLeave's regional presence.
