**What You Will Be Doing**
The Grade 3 Allied Health Assistant (AHA) will competently provide assessment and intervention for patients requiring Physiotherapy services at Golf Links Road. This role requires a working with a person-centred approach to provide efficient and safe patient care within a defined scope of practice to patients with a range of conditions. The role also performs administrative and other support functions within the physiotherapy department, including maintaining equipment stock, ordering and equipment cleaning. The AHA will provide supervision and mentoring to other AHA staff and will assume teaching responsibilities for AHA students.
**What You Need**
We anticipate you will have:
- Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (or equivalent)
- Clinical experience working in an inpatient setting with Physiotherapy teams
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated competence with IT systems and administrative processes
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable day-to-day in taking on a range of tasks within your scope of practice

**Additional Requirements**
