What you'll do
Provide high level ICT technical expertise, support and administration by complying with departmental standards, policies, procedures and ITSM processes.
Promote best practice for IT Service Management by developing and implementing ITIL based practices and processes.
Assist management's decision making by researching and analysing trends and issues to establish strategies to maximise benefits from information resources and technology and prepare reports on these findings as required.
Establish and maintain highly effective working relationships with clients in providing quality information service delivery.
About you
**We are searching for someone with**:
Well developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others and work collaboratively with people to make decisions
ICT leadership and management skills, including an ability to manage change and generate a culture of continuous improvement
Demonstrated ability to develop and promote ITIL Service Management processes (primarily incident / problem / change / configuration management)
Well developed management skills and knowledge including high level ability in the areas of planning, managing resources,
budget preparation and management.
Technical competency in the operational management of large and diverse end user computing environments using Microsoft Software Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM), iPrint, Active Directory and/or Windows 7 +.
