Your typical day as an AO6 Team Leader - Enforcement may include: - Providing leadership, coaching, guidance, support, and feedback to team members undertaking field enforcement activities. Approving case management activities to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and current practices. Manage risk and support actions in complex enforcement situations. Prepare and deliver enforcement campaign documents, including situational briefs and debriefs. Undertake a quality and assurance program supporting a continuous improvement approach.
You will be supported by a positive, constructive team and divisional leaders as you do your work.
**To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate**: - Working knowledge of digital and data technology systems; and
- Strong negotiation skills and resilience
