**About the role**

You will be responsible to ensure that the requirements of the UJV Operator Agreement are met. Including legal, regulatory, environmental, and financial obligations, and reporting to the Construction and Operations Management Committee of the UJV

**Duties**
- Effective coordination of the UJV team and stakeholders to ensure objectives are being delivered on time, cost and quality objectives.
- In particular, ensure that all UJV Operator obligations including reporting is completed as planned.
- Provision of timely and accurate information
- Effective resolution of UJV Operator issues that arise.
- Successful development and management of UJV stakeholder relationships.
- Individual and team compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure safety is at the core of every aspect of the project

**Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualification in relevant engineering or commercial discipline
- Prior client side commercial or asset management experience for an in the energy sector
- Commercial acumen
- The ability to understand and develop knowledge of legislative, policy and procedure requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level senior leadership and stake holder management skills
