**Role Summary**:
The Manager Learning Operations is a newly created opportunity in our Learning Academy based at our Perth CBD office.

Aiming to provide our learners with the best possible learning experiences, the purpose of the Manager, Learning Operations is to lead and develop the learning operations team. It ensures a client focused, responsive, effective, and efficient learning coordination and administration process.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- You will lead the development and implementation of contemporary, streamlined, and high-quality learner and academy services, systems, policy, standards, procedures, and guidelines
- You will lead a highly motivated, service orientated team delivering an outstanding cost-effective learner experience.
- You will contribute to the development of the Learning Academy strategic plan and lead the development the Learning Operation’s team operational plan.
- You will lead the logístical elements of programmes including planning, scheduling, sourcing suppliers and venues

**What you’ll bring**:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Minimum Certificate IV qualification demonstrating management and leadership competency development or equivalent experience
- Experience in managing learner coordination and administration processes and procedures
- Experience in managing learning compliance systems and processes
- Experience creating, customising, and executing system reports
- Experience in LMS administration
