**Service Advisor - Automotive Industry**

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Previous experience in a Service Advisor role (experience in a dealership environment is essential).
- Core value for exceptional customer service.
- Superior communication skills (verbal & written) is essential.
- Professional presentation & phone mannerism is critical.
- Exceptional time management & organisation skills.
- Highly motivated & able to work unsupervised.
- Friendly, easy-going individual, a real team player.
- Strong eye for detail.
- Friendly, personable individual who is comfortable liaising with customers on a daily basis.
- Excellent problem solving skills

**THE ROLE**
- Provide exceptional customer service to service customers
- Driveway service check-ins
- Estimation and telephone enquires and sales
- Raise repair orders
- Providing accurate invoices and reports to service customers
- Follow-up service times to ensure vehicles are completed on time
