In your role as a
**Service Advisor **at
**Prestige Truck Centre **you will be 100% focused on managing your customer’s experience whilst their vehicle is in our care. Your customer centric nature will ensure you deliver the ultimate Customer Experience to each and every Customer.
**About the role**:
- Booking vehicles in for service
- Checking in customers on arrival
- Providing updates throughout the day, on expected completion times
- Communicating with Leasing companies for purchase order numbers
- Assisting with the smooth operation of the service department
- Invoicing
**Do you have?**
- Exceptional customer service
- Problem solving skills
- Being part of a team
- Basic mechanical knowledge (Truck or Car)
- Era Net knowledge an advantage but not essential
