Talent Focus is partnering with a values-driven, not-for-profit early learning centre seeking an experienced Lead Educator/2IC. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team, support children's development, and assist the Centre Manager with daily operations.

  • Assist the Centre Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth running of the centre and compliance with NQF, legislation, and organisational policies

What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Leadership experience in early learning
  • Strong understanding of NQF, EYLF, and National Regulations
  • Current Blue Card and First Aid (CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis) certifications
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting children, teams, and the Centre Manager to thrive
