**What this job involves**:
We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Analyst to join our Property & Asset Management team In the role, you will support a large portfolio of commercial, retail and industrial properties.
**A snapshot of the role**:
Responsible for procurement analytical and administration duties including management of tenders
Responsible for running all procurement activities in adherence with established procedures, this includes tailoring appropriate tenders and evaluation processes to achieve each project requirement
Regular liaison, communication and consultation with the wider Property & Asset Management team nationally
Provide advice and training on procurement principles, policies and legislation
Participate in the facilitation of negotiations of contractual conditions between our clients and suppliers in order to achieve the optimal combination of cost, service level and risk outcomes

Strong analytical skills and a sound understanding of procurement methodologies required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret stakeholders’ needs
Understanding and interpretation of commercial contracts
Willingness to develop experience in procurement processes and requirements
Sound interpersonal skills to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders
