Ray White Parramatta Group, one of the local leading real estate companies is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and passionate Property Officer to join our ever growing Property Management team.

You will be rewarded with an attractive salary package plus commission, car and mobile phone allowance as well as secure parking.

Some of your duties & responsibilities include:

- Leasing administration
- Undertaking property inspections and preparation of condition reports
- Routine, periodic, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, strata and trades-people
- Organising repairs and maintenance
- Supporting the Property Manager in administration duties

If you have a certificate of registration, a valid Driver's License, a reliable car and most importantly:

- You already have experience in Property Management
- You are familiar with Property Management Software PropertyTree
- You are efficient and professional in your customer service
- Your work ethic is underpinned by care, honesty, integrity, accountability and trust
- You possess attention to detail and accuracy whilst working to deadlines
- Your written and verbal skills are of a high standard
- You are computer literate and are willing to learn our system
- You know the local area
- You are well presented
