**Salary - GR 5/6 ($93,2995 - $102,941 + employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading)**

**Your role**

As a Property Officer, you will be delivering quality and timely property and maintenance services to the Department’s assets and facilities to optimise property utilisation that meets organisational, public sector and legislative requirements.

**What you’ll do**

As part of the Management Services Team within Infrastructure and Assets division, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

- Supporting the Department’s legal and commercial obligations as owner, lessor and lessee,
- Delivering innovative property projects to achieve NSW Government strategic objectives,
- Building stakeholder relationships to deliver improved property and accommodation outcomes and
- Driving continuous improvement and accountability to ensure the Department’s properties are safe, compliant and fit for purpose.
- Assist Manager Property with the provision of management reporting for a diverse portfolio of projects.
- Provide input in the preparation of a range of strategic and operational documents including briefing papers, ministerial correspondence, discussion papers, reports, submissions and responses to information requests to contribute to the effective operation of Infrastructure and Assets.

**Essential requirements**:

- Qualifications in property management or equivalent industry experience.
- Driver’s license and willingness to travel.
