**The Opportunity**

CSR is looking for an inspiring and commercially sharp General Manager - Operations to take the lead across our Exteriors division.

This is a critical executive role within our senior leadership team, responsible for end-to-end operations strategy, execution, and transformation across our manufacturing network. With a $200 million budget and a strong focus on performance, safety, sustainability, and value creation, this is your opportunity to make a real mark on a high-profile, future-focused business.
