**THE ORGANISATION**

With their head office in Sydney's CBD, this role will be working in a high performing team environment committed to the delivery of people focused programs across the business. The People and Culture team work collaboratively across Sydney and Melbourne to support the delivery of people services, empowering all their employees to succeed. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic, global, and innovative business in a Learning and Capability Manager role.

**THE ROLE**

Reporting directly into the Head of Learning, Leadership and Culture you will be responsible for looking after all core new starter, risk and compliant content including online programs, leadership development programs and overall managing the approach to capability and learning. Other responsibilities include:

- Continuously improve learning approach for the business and their leaders
- Improve the learning delivery and program administration processes to create a seamless experience for employees
- Manage L&D programs of work and understand the LMS: how it works and how best to track it
- Work collaboratively with vendors to develop content and foster solid relationships
- Manage a team of x2 consultants reporting directly into you

**THE CANDIDATE**

For this opportunity we are seeking an operator, who has experience managing project teams previously. You must have a solid understanding of governance and assurance for this position as well as experience working across the whole learning function. Strong organisation skill and experience working within a fast paced environment is highly desired.
