Looking for an Office Administration All Rounder for busy, multifaceted companies. Must be proficient with Word programs and Xero or another accounting program. Knowledge of Tender Submission, SWMS, and Risk Assessments will be highly regarded. Knowledge of Trucks and Heavy Machines would be useful. Drivers license required.

**About the business**

This position will play an integral role in our busy green waste recycling business where we provide land clearing and mulching service for new estates, roads and council landfill sites.

**About the role**

The office administrator will provide administrative support and take responsibility for the smooth running in our office where your professionalism, initiative and office skills will be welcomed. You will have plenty of room to be creative and management is always open to new ideas.

We currently require a pro-active and enthusiastic Administration All-rounder to perform a wide range of administrative and customer service duties for our depot, based in Logan Village. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Efficient and accurate data entry
- A very large part will be an accounting program
- Regularly liaising with the operational staff to ensure client service requirements are met
- General administration support for the depot i.e. filing, ordering office supplies
- Highly motivated,
- Show initiative,
- Quick learner,
- Work independently,
- Cope with the pressures of an busy work environment.
- Maintain the presentation of the office area
- Provide assistance to the General Manager as required

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadline
- Ability to start relatively soon and 'hit the ground running’
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and other work related programs that are required.
- working knowledge and experience in Xero or another accounting program.
- Office administrator experience required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 - 42 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Fixed shift

**Experience**:

- Word programs: 4 years (required)
- Office Administration: 4 years (required)
- Xero or another accounting program: 2 years (required)
