We are currently seeking a **Materials Coordinator** to join our growing team based in our West Musgrave Site ( 1300 Km North East from Perth ). The **Materials Controller **is responsible for procurement and logistics on site. Executing the receipt of materials, equipment and documentation as well as daily and weekly forecast of deliveries to site.

**Key Responsibilities of the role**:

- Assisting with all field procurement activities, including hired equipment
- Expediting of inward & outward
- Liaising with suppliers, freight forwarders, Perth office and client team regarding the
- Coordinate transportation on/ off
- Arrange on site escorting of transport
- Arrange safe unloading of transport
- Coordinate the distribution materials and equipment in appropriately designated lay down
- Utilising registers and site plan of goods received and
- Assist supervisors in locating materials and
- Updating the schedule on a fortnightly
- Maintain suitable demarcation and control of laydown areas and
- Commitment to health, safety & environmental
- Team work, mutual respect for colleagues, client & other

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Experience in a site materials and logistic function.
- Preferably a trade background.
- Machine operators tickets are a strong
- Current National Police Clearance
- Full and unrestricted Australian working rights
- Be based in Perth ( this role requires FIFO ex Perth)
- Be able to pass a Full medical and DAS
- Hold valid FL, HRW licences
- Be avaliable to commit to a 3x1 roster
