**Are you a Testing gun with deep Customer Communications Management (CCM) experience?**
**Do you want to work for a fast growth consulting and technology start-up on major projects?**
As the Test & QA Lead, you will be coming into a new team and you’ll take accountability for reviewing and writing the Test Strategy, System Test Plans, test scenarios and test cases for major CCM projects, ensuring that template testing is tightly coupled to our clients’ business requirements and expected outcomes. You will work closely with Idiom’s and our clients’ stakeholders in the CCM domain, liaising with relevant Business SME’s, Product Owners, Program, Project Managers and Scrum Masters; and other business stakeholders to understand the scope and testing requirements for each release.
**In this role, you will take ownership of the following**:
- Building and executing test strategies and methodologies that will position CCM migration projects for success.
- Ensuring project quality is accurately defined and the required test phases are embedded in the project test strategy and test plans.
- Develop, own, and coordinate the delivery of the test execution schedule ensuring adequately planned.
- Ensure that the system testing is tightly coupled to the business requirement & expected outcome.
- Highlighting the risks & issues relating to any of the test phases to the management stakeholders in a timely fashion.
- Develop, own, and manage the defect management process involving testers, developers, external vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage and supervise all internal test phases e.g., User Acceptance Testing, System Integration testing, BVT/PVT etc.
- Ensure effective communication is maintained with key stakeholders and project colleagues on testing activities, deliverables and projects being undertaken by the team.
- Ensure completion of testing activities and deliverables on time and within approved budget, complying with project governance arrangements and standards.
- Prepare and provide accurate status reports, information, metrics, including risks and issues, to the project manager, Delivery Lead and stakeholders.
- Manage, develop, and mentor the individual members of the Test team.
- Write and review CCM Test plans, test scenarios, test cases and test completion reports related to CCM migration programs.
- Work closely with Business SME's, Product Owners, Program Directors, Business Analysts, and other business stakeholders to understand the scope of each release.
- Review business requirements and provide inputs on test conditions for the defined acceptance criteria.

- Has a minimum of 10-years ‘hands-on’ experience in testing practises, tools and methodologies in the context of complex technology projects.
- At least+5 years relevant CCM project experience in a Test Lead role in template testing and quality control related to Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions.
- Has a minimum of 5 years’ experience successfully leading and supporting senior test analysts and testers.
- Has strong technical ability to understand complex integrations and functionality to review designs, develop test scenarios and guide testing activities to achieve required project quality.
- Significant hands-on testing experience within a whole range of functional & non-functional testing including UAT, E2E, Acceptance and System Testing, both manual and automated.
- Has a strong ability to problem solve and to communicate with the broader team.
- Has an advanced understanding of software development methodologies and quality control processes.
- Has a “can do” attitude with great communication skills and a problem-solving attitude
- Experience in testing API's and use of XML and JSON data inputs (essential)
**Technical Skills**
- Selenium, SQL, HTML/JavaScript, XML.
- Tools Knowledge: Azure DevOps, SOAP UI, Postman, HP ALM, JMeter, SQL server, CDP StreamDIFF/DocDiff, MS Office.
- Experience with writing automated scripts in POSTMAN.
- Experience with writing and executing the SQL queries.
- Significant hands-on testing experience within a whole range of functional & non-functional testing including UAT, E2E, Acceptance and System Testing, both manual and automated.
- Ability to perform cross-platform end-to-end testing across multiple platforms.
- Advanced understanding of software development methodologies and quality control processesAbout you (preferred qualifications, experience and attributes):
- Degree in computer science/ engineering, IT, or relevant field
- At least 10 years’ experience in a Technical Test, Test Lead or QA role
- Relevant certifications and training on common and specific (StreamDiff/DocDiff) testing technologies
- Experience working with outsourced development teams
- Experience working on large projects that feature migration and transformation of Legacy CCM to new CCM solutions such as SmartComm, Quadient and OpenText
