**Who we’re looking for**:
As our Environmental Coordinator, you are passionate about protecting eco-systems and implementing environmental innovation across a range of projects and sectors. As a natural relationship builder, you will influence Project Managers and external stakeholders to achieve continual environmental improvement, using your excellent communication skills and strong technical expertise to:

- To manage the sustainability and environmental aspects and impacts on site in line with best practice principles, and to assist in the achievement of organisational and project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with the Project Environmental Management Plan and company Environmental Policy and promote a positive sustainability and environmental culture, leading by example and setting best practice standards as ‘business as usual’.
- To ensure compliance with contractual environmental specifications and environmental legislation, environmental approvals and other relevant stakeholder requirements of the project.
- Degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in Environmental Science/ Engineering
- 4+ years in civil construction in environmental management
- Prior experience on major infrastructure projects (Transport, Water, Defence) highly regarded
