We are seeking a personable coordinator with strong customer service and admin skills to join a close knit team in
**North Sydney**, working for a leading global organisation in medical products.

We are seeking a confident communicator who likes to work autonomously, whilst having a supportive team to collaborate with when needed. This role is provide coordination and product support to business customers including; major public and private hospitals, and specialist clinics in the whole of NSW.

This is a smaller office, however is a part of a global medical device organisation with an outstanding reputation. This position is fulltime in the office, however there is flexibility around start and finish time if needed.

You will receive full training and support as you settle into your new role, experience in medical devices, FMCG, medical services or pharma is helpful but certainly not essential

**Your day-to-day will include, but not be limited to**:

- Providing high-level account support to medical specialists and their teams, needed to order product for upcoming patient care, surgeries and more.
- Liaise with and assist the Sales and Head Office Customer Service team to advise on availability of medical equipment and to provide support to customers queries.
- Manage and coordinate Logistics of deliveries, working with the packing team to ensure your clients orders are correct and timely.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records within the ERP system (SAP)
- Provide knowledge of products and surgical techniques related to the use of products (full training will be provided as you develop in the role)

**Who you are?**
- A confident administrator with great attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure when needed to ensure fast and accurate client support
- Strong customer service experience; confident communicating with a variety of stakeholders including medical administration teams, logistics providers, senior stakeholders within the business etc.
- Experience using an ERP system or other databases and CRM platforms - confident learning new software
