**About the role**

As the
**Healthcare Coordinator** you will provide exceptional customer service to our customers. You will achieve this by creating, updating, and maintaining accurate patient accounts in conjunction with Hospitals and Funding Bodies, and coordinating with the stakeholders on the delivery and return of BOC equipment and supplies.

**Other key responsibilities will include;**
- Develop a strong understanding of our Healthcare contractual obligations and maintain strong customer relationships with the Hospitals and Funding Bodies who hold these contracts
- Communicate with and responding promptly to customer inquiries through various channels whilst maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers always
- Fulfil customer request by understanding their needs; use the correct transition type; enter all necessary information accurately; follow up transaction where necessary to ensure customer’s needs are met.
- Where applicable, not only address symptoms of a customer issue but fix the root cause, or escalate to the appropriate business or line manager
- Resolve, record and escalate customer complaints
- Maintain safe working environment & practices in compliance with relevant safety laws and guidelines

- Ability to work in a high-volume environment
- High problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution
- Have a thorough understanding of SAP and SalesForce
- Excellent attention to details
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
