The principal objectives of the Concierge role are to deliver outstanding customer experiences to our customers. Our Concierge provides the first impression to our customers and sets the standard for how we project our brand, style, service and customer experience. The Concierge is the welcoming face of the building.

**Snapshot of the role**:
Manage front desk, day users and visitor check-in to and check-out, greet potential customers
Assist with customer needs and inquiries. Escalate issues to proper channels to ensure quick and timely inquiry resolution
Assist in the planning and management of events
Manage administration for members and customers
Ensure spaces are kept clean and tidy, and re-ordering stock when necessary
Contribute to marketing and social media presence
