The _Parliamentary Administration Act 2005_ and the Parliamentary Officers (Non-Executive Staff - Victoria) Single Enterprise Agreement will be revised during 2025 and is a nexus agreement to the Victorian Public Sector Enterprise Agreement. It is anticipated that the revised salary range for Grade 5.1 will be $109,730 - $121,247.

**About the role**

We are seeking an experienced team leader that is proactive and adaptable to supervise and manage the end-to-end payroll process for the Parliament of Victoria.

In this role, you will report to the Manager of Payroll Services and lead a team of payroll professionals and work collaboratively with the People & Capability team to ensuring excellent customer service and support for all employees and stakeholders.

You will provide clear and accurate advice on payroll matters, including:

- Payment elements, superannuation contributions, and payroll tax
- Leave liabilities, FBT reporting, and WorkCover premiums

- You are a dedicated Payroll professional with extensive experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
- You possess excellent attention to detail and have experience case managing complex payroll matters.
- You are highly communicative and committed to delivering the best customer service to stakeholders at all levels.
- You are invested in the development of your team, and have experience coaching others.
- You are confident in your ability to interpret complex employment agreements, such as enterprise or collective agreements.
