A receptionist working for large legal firm that focus on mortgage processing is seeking a new receptionist to join their team due to an a new opportunity becoming available.
Working in the city in a busy and varied position, you will be receiving mortgage loan files, booking in settlements and exchange of contracts, supporting all teams on the floor in an administrative capacity. This role is varied and requiring someone with a bubbly and outgoing personality that is good and multitasking multiple priorities at once.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Answering calls, dealing with enquiries and directing calls onto the appropriate area
- Meeting and greeting visitors, couriers, settlment clerks into the office
- Signing in visitors and announcing them to colleagues and management
- Performing general administrative duties
**SKILLS**:
- 1 - 2 years previous experience in a Reception role ideally in banking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good administrative experience
- Highly organised
- Team playing attitude
- Sounds computer skills
