**Service APAC > Service Commercial APAC > Service Sales & Account Management-ANZ** Vestas Service Sales Manager works in a collaborative, knowledgeable team to provide prospective and existing customers with excellent solutions to their business needs through sales of the right mix of service and innovative products. The foundations of this role are commercial B2B sales and people skills. Service Sales grow the Vestas Service business across Australia and New Zealand by providing solutions to meet the operations and maintenance needs that owners and operators of renewable energy assets express in dialogue and negotiation with us. As Service Sales Manager your role will create financially sound, long-term sustainable commercial growth across existing & new accounts. You will devise sales offers that deliver products and services to maximise customer satisfaction in alignment with Vestas regional & global strategies. Thereby, you will meet or exceed financial sales targets for your assigned ASP sub-region. Our clients must be met face to face with clear proposals and creative ideation. As solution proponents we engage and educate through verbal and written business dealings. The different service solutions are typically relating to one of the following business areas: - Long-term Operations & Maintenance agreements - Transactional sales of Parts & Repair solutions - Sales of upgrades, performance improvement & end-of-life solutions - Offers that support the customer’s entire wind generation portfolio responsibilities. As a Service Sales Manager you will proactively support the other parts of the commercial business and Customer Service. You will also be central in all sales related activities with Service operations and other Vestas departments. **Responsibilities** - Building and maintain a positive commercial relationship with customers and the service organisation as a whole. - Creatively responding to customer requests for information and proposal. - Creating and following up contractual offers and complex quotes that include service scope of works and other terms & conditions **Qualifications** - Bachelor degree in Engineering or an advanced business-oriented degree will be highly regarded but not essential - At least 5 years of experience in a customer facing B2B environment **Competencies** - Strong customer & service mindset - Ability to perform high-level business analysis to identify key value levers - Demonstrable commercial acumen and financial literacy (key concepts) - Diligence and attention to detail - Team-player attitude - Ability to discuss general technical issues and concepts (mechanical, electrical, software control systems, etc) - Professional commercial experience in sales project coordination in a technical industry - Full professional working proficiency in English, both oral & written - Prior experience in working with SAP-ERP and Salesforce a strong advantage **What we offer** - A strong safety culture - Dynamic and fast-paced work environment - An opportunity to work with the world leader in wind energy. - The opportunity to further develop your skills and professional development. - Global career progression prospects. **Additional information** - Please note: We do amend or withdraw our jobs and reserve the right to do so at any time, including prior to the advertised closing **About Vestas** Vestas is the energy industry’s global partner on sustainable energy solutions.
